I have been to most of the bridal shops in Colorado and consider myself an expert at this point! Platinum Bridal provided me with a wealth of knowledge that helped me better understand what I was looking for in a dress. The staff is warm, welcoming, and really knows how to guide you through the process of finding the perfect dress that works for you and your body! I highly recommend checking out their exquisite collection with such professional and amazing staff! Everyone I have worked with there has been so wonderful (yep, already been there twice)! Also... They have dresses that fit women who wear double digit sizes! Unfortunately that is not always easy to find and it makes a world of difference to try on a dress that you can breath in! Don't miss this spot on your dress shopping adventures!

I can not overstate how wonderful it was shopping with Monica at Platinum Bridal! I came in having no idea what I wanted, with a very short timeline, and a rather strict budget. Monica didn’t flinch! She allowed me to try on dresses of every type and taught me all about them throughout the process. I never felt pressured or rushed, which I often did at other shops. She even looked up what designers already had in stock to accommodate my short timeline and direct me towards dresses that would work for me! There is no where else like Platinum Bridal! It is the best place to start your wedding dress shopping, and I’m willing to bet you’ll find just what you’re looking for there! Not to mention their customer service even AFTER ordering is phenomenal. Huge thank you to Monica and Tori at Platinum Bridal!!

Absolutely hands down the best experience. The business itself is gorgeous...automatically taking you to a fairytale when you walk in the door. Tori spent time just talking to me about everything and getting a sense from me about what kind of dress would be best for me. She selected dresses and then helped me in and out of each one. Discussing everything I loved and disliked about the dress and then adjusting to have new dresses that would fit better to what we were seeing. She brought a dress that I would have never chosen myself...but I put it on and immediately burst into tears...along with everyone in my party. The dress was meant for me...it transformed me into a beautiful powerful debutante. Absolutely stunning... She then added accessories that took it over the top. Needless to say that I found "The Dress".
I went to a couple of other places and found some really nice dresses...but the level of service and professionalism that I received at Platinum was beyond compare. Tori's level of knowledge and passion for her business can't even be compared to the other places. I honestly felt like she cared about me as a person...not as a sale. I would highly recommend going here and just forgetting the other places....but if you do decided to go scope out the other places just know that every place after here will be highly disappointing.

I simply cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Platinum Bridal! They were so accommodating to the somewhat large number of ladies I brought along with me, and the associate, Monica, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made sure to ask me questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, but did not make me feel pressured to choose a dress at any point throughout the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the variety of styles and fabrics to ensure I was making a well informed choice. And above all, Monica made sure to have fun with us and make sure it was a joyful experience for me. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking for the perfect dress! Thank you for making wedding dress shopping such a wonderful experience for me!

Are you kidding me?! WOW!!!! I have never been treated SO WELL by anyone. If you are getting married and want the royal treatment from start to finish, then go to Platinum Bridal!! When you walk in you are greeted with beautiful decor, an amazing smell, and the kindest and most genuine souls! Tori and Krystal… wow!! So incredible. I had only 10 weeks till my wedding and needed a dress off the rack. They were so great at helping me out and getting the perfect dress. Oddly enough, what I thought I wanted was not what I got. It was BETTER! I looked stunning and felt like a princess. To make it even better, Krystal did wedding makeup. I hired her and she… oh… just words cannot describe how wonderful I looked. Professional from start to finish! I loved doing business with these incredible ladies and 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had the absolute best experience at Platinum Bridal, I could not recommend this shop more! I had the pleasure of being helped by Monica, she was my stylist that day. She was so helpful, patient and kind. The whole process that she walked me through to pick my dress was very detailed and made it so easy to say 100% YES to the dress! I had been to a few different bridal shops prior to my appointment at Platinum Bridal and nothing was even comparable to my experience with Monica! “Monica YOU ARE AMAZINGGGGGG!!! I had the BEST experience picking out my wedding dress here! Monica was the best stylist I have ever had! She picked out the perfect dresses for my figure, was fun, sweet, and did not pressure me AT ALL! I had my heart set on two different dresses and she did not press me to make a decision and let me take the time I needed to pick the ONE. "From the time I made my appointment to the time I bought my dress, the experience I had with this precious boutique was such a dream come true! All of the girls were so sweet and helpful and my experience felt so personal! I couldn't have dreamt for a better day! There's no better place to pick to find your dream dress! The shop itself is so aesthetically pleasing and had such a great vibe! They made me feel very welcomed and I cannot wait to get my dress. My mother and I left not only raving about the dresses but our entire experience. The dress selection at this shop is AMAZING and I highly recommend coming here to find your dress!”

Although I found my dress elsewhere, I wish I would have started here! I was getting my dress altered near by, and went in to purchase a veil. Their selection is extensive, for veils and for dresses, and the welcome I had from their team was immediate! They were nice and beyond helpful. And they assisted me in finding the perfect veil for my special day. I will definitely encourage all other brides to start their search for their dream dress here!

THESE LADIES ARE AMAZING! I had been to several other bridal shops shopping for a dress and the experience they provided went above and beyond. I felt like my body type and shape was celebrated, and that meant a TON. Definitely recommend for ANY body shape/type. :)

From start to finish, my experience was amazing! After a rough start to dress shopping, Tori helped to completely turn it all around. She was so attentive to what I wanted and zeroed in on my style - picking out dresses with the type of lace, details and shapes that were perfect for me. She selected the dresses to try on rather than me walking around the store, which I loved. I found picking out dresses at other stores overwhelming and it helped break me out of shell on dress styles. I liked every dress Tori selected and of course, she helped me pick the ONE! I should also mention all of the dresses are very affordable, the salon is clean, the lighting is great (which makes a huge difference when trying on a dress), and all of the staff was so kind. I highly recommend Platinum Bridal and Tori to help with your big day! You will not regret it. ❤️

If I could give Platinum 6 stars, I would. Monica was fantastic! I did two appointments at Platinum. The first was my very first dress appointment, and Monica was SUCH a god-send when it came to helping me find my bridal style. We started with finding the right silhouette, then went from there. She knows what she’s talking about, what she’s doing, and how to navigate the group dynamics of a wedding dress appointment while still putting the bride’s wishes first. She made us feel comfortable and excited to be there. Best of all, she made me feel BEAUTIFUL. I’m not very secure in my body, and being the center of attention makes me nervous, but Monica helped me find a dress I want to be seen and celebrated in. Last but not least, I want to shout out the incredibly low-pressure environment at Platinum. Never once did I feel like I *had* to buy with them. Monica made it clear her real goal was to make sure I found the dress I wanted— whether at Platinum or somewhere else— and that she gave me the tools I needed to understand the shopping process. 11/10, 6 stars. Hopefully I won’t be getting married more than once but if I did, I’d go to Platinum for my dress all over again. I’ll certainly be sending my friends there as they get engaged.
